 Kyimiraso Farmers Appreciates Mp Of Berekum West For Given Them Bore Hole

The MP of Berekum West Constituency in the Bono Region, Hon. Kwaku Agyenim Boateng, a.k.a Agoogo, has been highly appreciated by the chiefs and farmers of Amomaso who farm at Kyimiraso for giving them a borehole.


Hon. Kwaku Agyenim Boateng presented an amount of Ghc10,000.00 to the chiefs to support the project said Kyimiraso as it's known for farming activities and has been a scattered settler of over 200 farmers needs to be reached with good water. He said his plan to provide them with portable drinking water for their farming activities falls under the President's Planting for Food and Jobs program,  to help them with a borehole to augment farming activities in the area.


Adding this initiative will go a long way to help the farmers, especially during the dry season when all rivers and water bodies are dried up so that they can feed the people of Berekum West with their farm produce.


The Chief of Amomaso, Nana Gyabeng Damoah II, received the money and thanked the MP for supporting farmers and drilling the borehole.


He prayed for victory in the upcoming elections on December 7 to retain his seat as an incumbent MP.


Nana Gyabeng, therefore, called on all the chiefs and people of Berekum West to rally behind the MP for his good works in the constituency.
