A recent post by  Nana Akufo Addo,  the president of Ghana,  on his official Twitter account indicated that his government, with the help of district assemblies, has exempted the " KAYAYE" individuals from paying market tolls.

Many unhappy Ghanaians have responded to the post to express their feelings about recent events. Yet, some state that "we can't be deceived any more" This was the remark of one Benedict Gomez, under the post of the president.

Now that the election is near, the president is taking advantage to win the people's hearts, starting with the KAYAYE, who carry people's loads in the market centres to feed themselves and their families. Is the president now noticing they should be exempted from paying market tolls?

Some party supporters have embraced the development; however, others have condemned the move made by his excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
