The Biggest opposition NDC has said that it will not rush to court to seek redress, following its rejection of the December 7 Presidential election results declared by the Electoral Commission.

The National Democratic Congress has called on Ghanaians to desist from a sudden panicked rush of the party with calls to challenge the results of the 2020 polls at the law court if it feels cheated.

The communications officer of the National Democratic Congress, Sammy Gyamfi,  said, even though the party is aware of its right to proceed to the law court, such decisions will only be considered by the NDC party after it has audited figures from all polling stations across the country and gathered all relevant evidence relating to the elections.

He stressed that the party would, therefore, not be pressured into making hasty decisions.
